Install Proton
We recommend Proton Experimental or GE-Proton for best compatibility. Install it via Steam or manually.
Configure Wine/Proton
Set the launcher to run with your preferred Proton version. The CLI will guide you through the process.
Launch & Play
Run the CLI, authenticate, and let it handle the Fortnite files. Steam Deck users can add it as a non-Steam game for controller support.

Linux Tips

Add EZFN as a non-Steam game and configure your controller layout in Steam's controller settings.

We recommend Proton Experimental or GE-Proton 8-x for the best experience. Older versions may have issues.
